Obituary Jimmie L. Geeo, age 73, of Hot Springs, AR passed away on February 19, 2020. He was born on November 20, 1946, in Dallas, TX to Roy Lafayette and Pearl (Blaylock) Geeo. Jim served in the Air Force from 1966 to 1970 and was stationed in Texas, Alaska, and Taiwan. Jim worked many years for H & H Electric, Inc. prior to being owner/president of Geeo Electric, Inc. He was an avid hunter, amateur genealogist, and a faithful member of Walnut Valley Baptist Church near Hot Springs Village where he served on mission trips in Nebraska, South Dakota, and Arizona. Jimmie is preceded in death by his parents; sister Nancy Geeo Deary; and brother Jerry Pete Geeo. Survivors include his loving wife of 52 years, Marilyn Geeo; son Roy L. Geeo (Jennifer); brother Richard L. Geeo (Julie); grandchildren Michelle M. Geeo and Melissa E. Geeo; great-grandchild Gabriel Alexander Long; nieces and nephews Cindy Deary Newcomb (Carl), Corbet Deary (Sandy), Chris Geeo (Heather), Rachel Geeo Foye (William), Timothy Geeo (Kerrie), Jeremy Geeo (Jennifer), and Scott Geeo (Olivia). Visitation will be Friday, 5:30-7:30 p.m. at Walnut Valley Baptist Church in Hot Springs, AR. Celebration of Life to be held on Saturday, 2:00 p.m. with Bro. David Mason officiating. Burial will be at Owensville Cemetery. Pallbearers include Rev. Samuel Bierig, Danny Vaughn, Mike Brown, Corbet Deary, Jeremy Geeo, and Todd Cragg.
