Bio

Death: May 14, 1843 - this date appears to have been incorrectly transcribed as verified by the 1850 census showing Jeremiah and Thankful both still alive and living in the same home as their daughter Ruth C. York. I will continue to use the 26 May 1853 death date provided by others, which correlates with the death age of 88 years on Jeremiah's headstone. *Provided by Bob Scofield
