Graveside services for Frank Leland Ritter, 89, of Gilmer will be at 11:00 am, Friday, December 17, 2010 at Kelsey Cemetery in the Kelsey Community, Dean Haws and Tedd Austin officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Grubbs-Loyd Funeral Home in Gilmer. Mr. Ritter passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2010 in Gilmer. Mr. Ritter was born March 25, 1921 in Ephrata, WA to William Alfred and Elsie Robbins Ritter. He served in the US Air Force during WWII. He was a retired foreman of Lone Star Steel and a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He is preceded in death by his Parents and Son: James Dale Ritter. Mr. Ritter is survived by his Wife: Laverne Ritter; Sons: William Earnest �Ernie� Ritter and wife, Margaret, Don Leland Ritter and wife, Myra; Daughters: Jean Arrington and husband, Danny, Judy Haws and husband, Dean, Linda Pilcher Quinn and husband, Richard; 29 Grandchildren and numerous Great-Grandchildren.
