Ione Taylor Schrade (Fitts) Ione Taylor Schrade passed away on March 8, 2012. Born in Lebanon, Tennessee, Ione lived most of her life in the Tallmadge area and was a member of Akron Free Will Baptist Church. She was the daughter of the late . Tandy B. Fitts and Altie Trusty Fitts She was preceded in death by her husbands, J. Hoy Taylor and Otto Schrade and her loving daughter,Joyce L. Workman. Ms. Ione is survived by her son,RichardS.(Nancy)Taylor and son-in-law,Ronald Workman ; eight grandchildren; twenty-four great- grandchildren,and four great- great-grandchildren. Ione was a role model for her children and grandchildren. She possessed a strong work ethic and recalled,with fond memories, her long and successful career as a manager for Lawson's. Shel ived life with enthusiasm,enjoying travel and many games of golf and cards with her friends and family. Her strong faith in God carried her through the heartache of many losses,most recently, her beloved daughter, Joyce. Visitation will be Sunday, March 11,2012,from 2 to 4 p.m. at Donovan Funeral Home,17 South west Avenue, ( on the Historic Tallmadge Circle). Funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 12, 2012 at Donovan Funeral Home,17 Southwest Ave.,Tallmadge,withRev. Ron Carver officiating.
