Mrs. Sharon Diane Brantley McCurdy age 62 of Mike Street in the Riverview Community, passed away Friday morning May, 4, 2012 at her residence after a brief illness. Mrs. McCurdy was a native and life-long resident of Escambia County, Alabama, and was a retired Certified Nursing Assistant. She was of the Pentecostal Holiness Faith and attended the Brewton Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors - Husband; Mike McCurdy of Riverview; Father; Mr. & Mrs. W.C. Brantley Sr., of Brewton; 2 Sons; Greg McCurdy of Riverview and Lance McCurdy of Mobile, Alabama; Brothers; Shawn Brantley of Pace, Florida; George Brantley of Appleton, Alabama and Steve Carpenter of Brewton, Alabama; Sisters; Dee Pittman of Pace, Florida; Rachael Taylor of Mobile, Alabama, Susan Stout of Brewton, Alabama and Shirley Presley of Milton, Florida ; Step-father, John C. Dixon of Mobile. Preceded in death by Mother; Mary Cardwell Brantley and a Brother; William Charles "Willie" Brantley Jr. Funeral service will be held on Monday, May 7, 2012 at Brewton Pentecostal Holiness Church at 2 p.m. with Rev. Byrnes Pitts and Rev. Lennie Howard officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Carmel Cemetery. Visitation will be held at Craver's Funeral Home on Sunday from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. Craver's Funeral Home of Brewton directing
