BRANTLEY- William Charles "W.C." Brantley, Sr. age 85 of Jay Road Brewton, Alabama passed away Sunday January 12, 2014 in a Pensacola, Florida hospice facility after a brief illness. He was a native and life long resident of Brewton, Alabama. Mr. Brantley was a W. S. Neal and Auburn University graduate, a retired Project Engineer for CCA, a U.S. Air Force Veteran, an American Legion member Post #0121, and of the Protestant faith. He owned and operated Brantley's Texaco for 30 plus years. Survivors: Wife- Lorene Robinson Brantley (3) Daughters- Shirley Presley of Milton, Florida Susan (Jerry) Stout of Brewton, Alabama "Dee" (Lyle) Pittman of Pace, Florida (3) Sons- Steve (Connie) Carpenter of Brewton, Alabama George (Chris) Brantley of Brewton, Alabama Shawn (Barbara) Brantley of Pace, Florida (3) Sisters- Betty Jackson of Brewton, Alabama June (Aubrey) Adams of Brewton, Alabama Kathleen (James) Davis of Brewton, Alabama (11) Grandchildren- Stephanie Milletary, Kelli Pittman, William Brantley, Caroline Brantley, Chris Stout, Austin Brantley, Caffey Hammac, Brant Carpenter, Anne Carpenter, Lance McCurdy, and Greg McCurdy (6) Great Grandchildren ***Preceded in death by Parents- George & Euniva Brantley Son- William Brantley Jr. Daughter- Sharon McCurdy Brother- Bobby Brantley Son-In-Law- Joe Presley Visitation will be Thursday morning January 16, 2014 from 10 until 11:00 A.M. at WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CHAPEL FUNERAL HOME BREWTON, ALABAMA Funeral Services are scheduled for Thursday morning January 16, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at WILLIAMS MEMORIAL CHAPEL with Rev.
