Bio
Elaine Marcia Parker, 79, passed away in Dallas, Texas, on Tuesday, December 3, 2019. Burial will be at St. Joseph's Cemetery. Elaine was born in Ennis, Texas, on June 16, 1940, to the late Frank and Annie (Martinek) Pavlacka. She grew up in Ennis and graduated from Ennis High School. She was a graduate of Texas Women’s University as a Registered Nurse. Elaine worked as an ICU Nurse for Baylor Hospital, St. Paul’s Hospital and for Presbyterian Hospital. She was a member of St. Bernard Catholic Church and KJZT. Elaine enjoyed gardening, painting, photography, and crossword puzzles. She was a true nature lover, and also loved cats and the Dallas Cowboys. She was preceded in death by a brother; and a sister. Survivors include her sons, Brandon De Wayne Parker and William Alexander Parker, III; grandchildren, Penelope and Addison; along with a host of extended family and friends.
