James Porter was born in 1802 Kentucky according to the Lake Township, Buchanan County, Missouri 1850 US Census. In the 1850 census is the Gabbert family which are buried in the Kerlin (Hall) cemetery. If anyone can locate James Porter's grave I would appreciate it very much.
