Bio

Henry Stolworthy spent much of his short life in Great Yarmouth. He was baptized in St. Nicolas Church there in September 1788, along with many of his siblings before him, and his parents were married there. In 1810 he married Mary Ann Howes, and they lived in Great Yarmouth the remainder of their lives, having thirteen children together (some of whom died stillborn or as young children). In January 1836, he died, and was buried at St. Nicolas. His wife Mary joined him only a year later, leaving their children orphaned and in the care of the church.
