Florence E. Harris, 81, off 155 Heritage House died Wednesday evening in Columbus Community Hospital. Services will be 10 a.m. Monday in the Gass-Haney Funeral Chapel with the Rev. John Mickelson officiating. Burial will be in Roselawn Cemetery. Visitation will be after 2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Mrs. Harris was born 25 Aug. 1899 in Columbus, daughter of the late Otis W. & Jessie J. (Moore) Clark. She married Lewis Harris 31 May 1939, in Columbus. She attended Columbus schools & lived in Columbus most her life. She is survived by a stepson, Donald Harris of Lucerne Valley, Calif.; 2 brothers, Howard W. Clark of Fullerton & George A. Clark of Baker, Ore.; 2 sisters, Orma M. Harris of Shelby & Mrs. Frank (Phyllis) Morgan of Fullerton; & several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband on 14 Jan. 1975.
