Wiley Winburn Sisk, age 79 of Estill Springs passed away Friday, November 1, 2019 at The Waters of Winchester. He was born on April 8, 1940 in Franklin County to the late John Wiley Sisk and Effie Branch Sisk and was retired from Samuel Strapping formerly known as Wilton’s. Wiley was an avid Alabama football fan who also enjoyed golf, playing cards and watching old western movies. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ovie Sisk.
