Jade W. Arbogast, 81, of Long Beach, Calif., died in Lincoln Wednesday. He had been here about a month, visiting a daughter, Mrs. Irma D. Provost. Other survivors include his wife, Mabel; daughter, Mrs. Shirley E. Welty of Chugwater, Wyo.; sons, George F. of Sunrise, Wyo., and Glen L. of Long Beach, Calif.; sisters, Mrs. Lydia Fletcher of Bartley, Neb., Mrs. Julia Kilbourne of Monrovia, Calif., and Mrs. Elizabeth Hart of Omaha; brother, R.
