Bio

Deborah Claye, 56, of Lorena, passed away from this life Wednesday, July 4, 2007, at her residence. Funeral services will be 2p.m. Saturday, July 7, at Pecan Grove Funeral Home, 3124 Robinson Dr., Waco, with Ministers Alan Ritchie and Lon Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Rosemound Cemetery. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, July 6, at the funeral home. Deborah Gaye was born in Waco, Texas, to Guy and Rosemary Clemmons. She attended Waco public schools and was baptized into Christ at South Waco Church of Christ. She worked for the U.S. Postal service for many years. At the time of her death, she was the Postmaster in Del Rio, Texas. She is survived by her sons, Michael Fischer and wife, Melissa, of Robinson, Jeremy Shane Fischer and wife, Suzi, of Addison, and Aaron Gonzales and girlfriend, Miranda Shawn, of Arlington; grandsons, Jacob and Joshua Fischer, of Robinson; grandaughter, Ashton Fischer, of Addison; her parents, Guy and Rosemary Clemmons, of Robinson, and Daniel Darr, of Belton; brothers, Guy Clemmons Jr., of Temple, Richard Clemmons and wife, Karen, of Clemmons, N.C., and Steven Clemmons, of Austin; sister, Judy Walker, of Austin; very special cousin, Karen Quinn and husband, Frank, of Coleman; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
