Bio
Funeral services will be held Friday, September 20, 2019 at 10 am from the St. Mary's Catholic Church in High Hill, Texas. Visitation will begin to the public after 5 pm on Thursday, September 19 from the funeral home. The Parish and Knights of Columbus rosaries will be recited Thursday evening at 7 pm from the chapel. Interment will be in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, High Hill, Texas. Full Military services will be conducted at the graveside by the Schulenburg American Legion and VFW. Survivors include: wife-Mary Ann Muras of High Hill, Texas; daughters-Michele Jones/husband Scott of Cleveland, Texas, Kinda Lincoln/husband Joe of Austin, Texas, and Jennifer Mansour/husband David of San Antonio, Texas; sons-Tim Muras of Flatonia, Texas, Gary Muras of Schulenburg, Texas, John Muras/wife Melanie of Schulenburg, Texas, and Dan Muras/wife Tiffany of Schulenburg, Texas; sisters-Beatrice Sumbera of La Grange, Texas and Lillian Klesel of Weimar, Texas; brother-Fred Muras/wife Janet of Schulenburg, Texas; and 10 grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents; 1 sister; 2 brothers; an infant brother; and an infant sister. The family has requested donations be made to: The St. Rose Catholic School, Schulenburg, Texas; or St. Mary's Catholic Church, High Hill, Texas; or a charity of one's choice.
