Bio

DUKE M. BORECKY Duke M. Borecky aged 31 years, died early yesterday morning in a local hospital, after a long illness. Mr. Borecky was a well-known musician here, a member of the Second Regiment band of the Arkansas State Guard, and a member of the Capital theater orchestra. He was born in Wisconsin, but had lived here for many years, having come to Little Rock when he was very young. He was raised and educated here. He leaves his father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. John Borecky, his wife, five sisters and five brothers. He was a member of West End Lodge No. 13, A. O. U. W. The funeral will be held at 3 o’clock Sunday afternoon from the Healey & Roth undertaking establishment, where the body is not held, in charge of Rev. John T. Christian.
