Bio

Bettie's maiden name was Free, her father being Richard Pinckney Free. At an early age she went with her mother and brother (Louis Pinckney Free) to live with her grandparents, Louis Levi and Elizabeth Goins, at Orr, OK. For whatever reason she assumed the name of Goins.
