Phyllis Loraine Knight Barbettini, age 97, of Guthrie, Oklahoma passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 in Guthrie. Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m. Friday, July 26, 2019, in Electra Memorial Park with Pastor Jon Curry of Grace Community Church of Archer City, officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Aulds Funeral Home of Electra. Phyllis was born January 28, 1922 in Electra to James M and Mary Kathryn Love Knight. She was a graduate of Texas State College for Women with a degree in Physical Education. She taught for three years before marrying Dutch Barbettini, also of Electra. They shared sixty-three wonderful years of marriage, a lot on the golf course. She attended the First United Presbyterian Church of Guthrie. Survivors include her daughter, Linda K. Perkins; grandchildren, Amanda K Lawson and Matthew S. Perkins; and four great-grandchildren, Jackson Lawson, Dylan Perkins, Samuel Perkins and John Perkins. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brother, James M. Knight. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials to the Logan County Association of Aging.
