Daughter of John and Marie (Simecek) Krajicek. She Married George Pernicka Jan. 31, 1947. A lifelong resident of Prague she was a member of St Wenceslaus Catholic Church of Prague OK. She was also preceded in death by her parents and one brother. Funeral services were held under the direction of Parks Brothers Funeral Home of Prague OK.
