Bio

Thomas Wise was born on April 10, 1828, in Kentucky. His parents William and Sarah. He married Rowena Lucy Knight on March 18, 1858, in Potosi, Wisconsin. They had nine children in 18 years. He died on December 7, 1894 after returning to Kentucky from Texas.
