THE PARIS NEWS Wed., Oct. 6, 1993, p. 14A: 'Martha Marie Hill, 79, of Cleburne died Monday, Oct. 4, 1993, in Colonial Manor Nursing Home there. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 7, in Fry & Gibbs Funeral Home chapel with Haskell England officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Hill was born Sep. 12, 1914, in Atlas, a daughter of T. B. and Effie Matthews Bridges . She was retired from Campbell Soup Co. and was a member of the College Street Church of Christ. She married Lee R. Hill Feb. 7, 1934. He died July 3, 1963. Surviving are five daughters, Gertie Conner, Myra Cook and Karol Langley, all of Corpus Christi, Jimmie Willis and Cindy Leigh, both of Cleburne; a son, T. J. Hill; and five grandchildren. Palllbearers will be Paul Garrett, Wayne Frey, Pete Sisson, Clarence Conner, Skip Langley and Tom Cook.' This is also entered under surname Bridges.
