Kozisek, 89, of David City died Thursday, May 2, 2019 at St. Joseph's Villa in David City. It was Arthur's wish to be cremated. No viewing or visitation. Lunch will follow immediately after the Funeral Mass. Private Family burial at a later time. Arthur was born on January 14, 1930 to William and Lillian (Semin) Kozisek at Surprise, Nebraska. He was a long time Garbaligist in the David City area. He was also a 4th Degree member of the Knights of Columbus. Art is survived by his family of 8 children, 9 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, 3 brothers, 1 sister, and two sisters-in-law. He was preceded in death by his parents, 1 grandson, 1 infant brother and 1 sister.
