SULLIVAN PROGRESS NEWSPAPER OCT 1913 MRS. ROBERT HUDSON Nancy L. Bragg was Nov. 21, 1871 in Moultrie county, Illinois> She lived with her parents, Lewis and Martha Bragg on the farm. In Sept. 1889 she was united in marriage to R.W.Hudson. Of this union there are five living children, three boys and two girls, Grover, Robert, Effie,Leonard and Irene. In Sept.1898 she with her husband joined the Christian church at Wilbburn Creek and was baptized by Rev.L.N.Loving. She was an affectionate wife, a true helpmate to her husband, a kind and loving mother, whose chief aim was to bring her children up in the way they should go. The last two years of her life she was sick most of the time. The last day she was able to be up, the six day of July. She bore suffering patiently and died Oct. 4, 1913, at St. Marys hospital in Decatur. She leaves a husband and five children,her mother, two brothers to mourn their loss.
