Mrs. Julia Frank, 73, funeral will be held Monday with burial in Prospect Hill cemetery. She died Thursday afternoon in Norfolk. She was born Aug. 1, 1903 at Verdigre to Mr. and Mrs. Vac Novak. She was married on July 15, 1924 to Louis Frank at Burke, South Dakota. He died in 1968. She was preceded in death by her husband, her parents, 2 brothers. She was survived by 2 daughters: Mrs. Walter {Vivian} Meyer, Mrs. Richard {Wilma} Richter both at Norfolk; 1 son Arnold L. at Denver, Colorado; 11 grandchildren, 1 sister Mrs..
