She was born May 4, 1930 to Louis and Julia (Novak) Frank at Verdigre. She was married to Richard E. Richter. She was survived by her husband, 1 son and his wife, 3 daughters and their husbands, 4 grandchildren, 1 brother, 1 sister. She was preceded in death by her parents.
