Bio
Funeral services for Eirtha Lea Schroeder, 76, of Rosepine will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at Myers Colonial Funeral Home in DeRidder with Rev. Bobby Slaydon officiating. Burial will follow in the Whitaker Cemetery in DeRidder under the direction of Myers Colonial Funeral Home. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. until 10 p.m. on Monday, June 4, 2007 and on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 from 10 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. Survivors include sons, Raymond White of DeRidder, John White of DeRidder, Rickey Whittington of Rosepine and Herbert Whittington of DeRidder; daughters Glenda Cantrell of Rosepine, Brenda DeSantis of Rosepine and Gayla Vaga of Rosepine; brothers Huey White of Longville and Jessie White of DeRidder; sisters Jay Gibson of Leesville, Odine Perkins of Dry Creek and Wanda Goins of DeRidder; 17 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
