Mrs. Robbie Jean Otts, 77, was born on November 10, 1938, to the late Arthur and Ruth Shoubroek in Huntington, Texas, and went home to be with her Lord and Savior on December 22, 2015, in Houston, Texas. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years Leland Carpenter. Sons: Ricky and daughter-in-law Tammy, Rodney, Roland, and daughter-in-law Becky. grandchildren: Jason, Brian, Chase, Hunter, Lauren, Justin, and great-grandchildren: Jaden, Jocelyn, and Bristol. Stepchildren: Doug-Cathy, Lisa-Tracy Jeffcoat, step-grandchildren: Christopher, Kayley, and Tyler. The family will receive friends on Monday, December 28, 2015, from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm, in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 29, 2015, at 12:00 pm in the Chapel at San Jacinto Funeral Home, 14659 East Freeway, Houston, Texas 77015. Interment to follow in San Jacinto Memorial Park.
