July 2, 1957 — June 5, 2007 Gary Wayne York, 49, of Lebanon died Tuesday at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. Gary was born in Lebanon, the son of George and Clella (Hurlbert) York. He moved with his family to Prineville as an early teen, where he completed his schooling. He graduated from Crook County High School in 1976. Gary worked as a truck driver throughout his career. He drove trucks for Lanier Brugh Corp. for 20 years. Gary enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, shooting rifles and being in the outdoors. Gary married Wanda Youmans in Crabtree on Dec. 17, 1983. He is survived by wife Wanda of Lebanon; sons Eric York and Aaron York, both of Lebanon; brothers Mike Husted of Albany and Harley Husted of Fall City; and sisters Barbara Ferguson of Albany and Penny Stephens of Lebanon.
