Patterson, 81, were held at the Harrison Funeral Home in Seymour. Mr. Patterson spent his boyhood at Limestone County, Alabama. After coming to Texas, he and his family had lived for many years at Harrold, where Mr. Patterson was a farmer and oil field worker. When he retired, he moved to Seymour to be near a daughter, Mrs. Fred McCord. Survived by one daughter - Mrs. Fred McCord, Sr; one son - D. Patterson; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Mr. Patterson was a faithful member of the Church of Christ. ============================
