No gravestone as of May, 2019. Family information from Virginia (Kindler) Alexander is that Mike and his half-sister Mary were buried just north of their father’s grave. This may have been before reliable records were kept.

Bio

Mike Kindler, the 16-year-old son of Anton Kindler, living east of Esbon, took his gun along with him last Saturday when he went to haul some water, and soon after starting for the house a shot was heard by the folks. Some one went to see what the lad had shot at, when they found him lying on the ground dead where he had fallen out of the wagon after being shot. The team ran away and scattered things about promiscuously. It is supposed the gun was accidentally discharged.
