In Memoriam JOSEPH RODGERS November of 1933 Am Adding His Wife's Cbituary Will Try To Locate An Obituary For Joseph Rodgers ********************* MRS. RODGERS DIES AT HAWORTH HOME Mrs. Minnie Rodgers, about 67, died at her home at Haworth early this morning, Saturday. Funeral services will be held at Haworth Sunday afternoon under direction of Wilson funeral home. Arrangements are not complete. McCurtain Gazette Saturday, October 23, 1943 **************************** RITES HELD FOR MRS. RODGERS Mrs. Minnie Lee Rodgers, 66, died at her home at Haworth at 7:30 a. m. Saturday. A native of Bowie county, Texas, she had resided at Haworth 35 years, moving there from Texas. She had been a member of the Methodist church 45 years. Her husband, Joseph Rodgers, died in November, 1933. Funeral services were held at 2 p. m. Sunday at the Haworth Methodist church with Rev. R. H. Rhoten officiating. Interment, under direction of Wilson funeral home, was in Haworth cemetery. She is survived by one half-brother, Leonard Kitch, Corley, Texas; two half-sisters, Mrs. Archie Whiteman and Miss Girtie Kitch; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
