Bio

Anna's death certificate says she is the daughter of John Kovarik & Frances Jecmenek. However, other records show that her mother was Frances Simecek. Records suggests that Frances was the sister of Anna Simecek (or Simek) who was married to Thomas Jecmenek. Anna had two sisters, Albina Kovarik Kotrla and Therese Kovarik David.
