Pensacola News Journal; 18 Jul 1995, Tue; Page 16 JOSEPHINE STEARNS McVOY Josephine Stearns McVoy of Pensacola died Sunday afternoon. Mrs. McVoy was a native and lifelong resident of Pensacola and came from a long lineage of Pensacola families. She was a member of the Cathedral of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Dolly and Dr. David Brubaker; grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Ricky and Stella Little; greatgrandchildren, David and Victoria Little; sister, Roberta Clower; four step-grandsons; eight step-great-grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday in the Harper-Morris Chapel with the Rev. Father Richard Bowles officiating. Burial will be in Bayview Memorial Park. Pallbearers will be Ferrell Stearns, Mike Broussard. Bill Bjorensen, Richard Stearns, Mark Brubaker, Gary Stuteville, Francis DeGraaf and William Gilmore. HARPER-MORRIS MEMORIAL CHAPEL is in charge of arrangements. Friends may call at the funeral home from 10 to 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Northwest Florida or to a charity of your choice.
