Bio
Evangeline C. Demeuse, age 80, passed away on a Friday, at Rennes East Nursing Home. Vangie was the daughter of Kenneth and Anna (Albrecht) Brill. She was united in marriage to Robert Demeuse in October of 1987. In the early 1970s she started bartending at the Spot. She worked until retirement when she and Bob spent all their time together. Vangie was a very outgoing person and enjoyed being with others. She liked to keep a tidy house and keep herself busy with yard work. She also volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul in Gladstone and was a member of All Saints Catholic Church in Gladstone. Vangie was survived by: three sons, Ray Demeuse, Jeff (Donna) Demeuse, and Ken Demeuse; daughter, Tammy (Bill) Klotz; seven grandchildren, Krista Hellermann, Nicole (Brandor) Guerrero, Michael Demeuse, Kyle Demeuse, Danielle (Trey) Holland, Kevin Demeuse, and Megan Demeuse; five great-grandchildren, Kitana Hellermann, Nicholas Hellermann, Brandor Guerrero, Thomas Hellermann, and Layla Guerrero. In addition to her parents, Vangie was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, seven sisters, and one brother. Visitation at the Skradski Funeral Home in Gladstone. Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Catholic Church officiated by Rev. Fr. Biran Gerber. Burial at Fernwood Cemetery.
