William Donald "Billy" Vallance of Cornelius, Oregon died at his home on Monday January 21, 2019. He was born August 3, 1933 in Plaska (Lodge), Hall County Texas. His Father was the late Alvin Russell Vallance and the late Jewel Vivian Medford Vallance Goode. He is a Veteran of the Korean War. He is survived by Brothers Henry L. Vallance of Missouri, David E. Vallance of Rison, Arkansas, Ray Scott Vallance of Pine Bluff, Arkansas Sister Ruthie Pauline of Rison, Arkansas, Daughters Deannia of Cornelius Oregon and Andera of Washington Co., Orgon. He was creamated and the ashes presented to his daughter Deannia for disposition.
