Bio
A Funeral Service for Ms. Wilma Hejl Schiller, 89, of Seaton, will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, December 27, 2018 at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home Chapel in Temple. Burial will be at Seaton Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Harper-Talasek Funeral Home in Temple. Ms. Schiller passed from this life on December 23, 2018. Wilma Hejl Schiller was born October 11, 1929, to John Hejl and Annie Schiller Hejl in Temple, TX. Wilma enjoyed in her earlier years dancing to Czech music with her husband and friends. She had a passion for gardening and flowers and spent many hours in her kitchen canning and cooking for her family. Talking on the phone with her friends and family was a favorite pastime. She had a special place in her heart for children, especially for her grandkids and great grandkids. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Rudolph "Rudy" Schiller; and 11 brothers and sisters. Those left to honor and cherish her memory are son, Roy Schiller and Donna Jarosek from Temple, TX; two daughters, Cathy Loyd and husband Henry from Troy, TX and Joyce Reimer and husband Donald from Cyclone, TX; her twin brother Wilbur Hejl from Temple, TX; 5 grandchildren, Bobbie Jo Schiller, Cory Reimer, Ryan Reimer, Jennifer Ramm, and John Loyd; 12 great grandchildren; also left to cherish her memories are many nieces and nephews along with many other family and friends. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to either The American Cancer Society or The American Heart Association.
