SCHNEIDER, Robert of Rt.1, Thorndale. Age 90. Died 4/8/1968, Monday, in a Taylor Nursing home. Services held Wednesday in Condra Memorial Chapel in Taylor. Burial in Taylor City Cemetery. Revs. Eugene Braden & Jerry Smith officiated. Pallbearers were grandsons. He was born 8/13/1877 in Moravia, Czechoslovakia and lived in Thorndale for 59 years. He was a retired farmer. Member of Catholic Church and Sons of Herman and SPJST Lodge. Preceded in death by son, Robert Schneider, Jr., 4 sisters and 2 brothers. SURVIVORS: Wife, Agnes Schneider, 2 daughters, Mrs. Willie (Julia) Kropp of Thorndale and Mrs. Robert (Christine) Garrett of Hutto; son, John Schneider of Taylor; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
