Josef Tydlacka (1854-1900) is the son of Jan & Anna Friedl Tydlacka. Josef immigrated 12 Oct 1872 via the Port of New Orleans, LA on ship, "Hannover" with his mother (Anna Friedl Tydlacka Vasek), his step-father (Jan Vasek), his brother (Jan Frank Tydlacka 1851-1915), his sister (Mariana Tydlacka), and his step-sister (Anezka Vasek). His father (Jan Tydlacka) died in Moravia in 1862. He married Francisca Krupa 15 Jan 1878 in Fayette Co., TX. NOTE: There is another Josef Tydlacka (1853-??) who immigrated in Sept. 1872. This Josef obtained his Naturalization in Fayette Co., TX in 1882. He married Marie Faltisek in 1880, Washington Co., TX. They had one son, Joseph Frank Tydlacka (1884-1949).
"S.P.J.S.T." and "C.S.P.S." Clasped hand engraved at the top of his headstone: Clasped hands can represent a final goodbye or a bond that lasts through life and death.
