Loy Lee Jones, age 72, of West Fork, Arkansas passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 at his home. He was born September 20, 1946 in Fayetteville to Donal A. and Thelma Agnes (Drybread) Jones. Loy was an U.S. Army veteran serving as a combat engineer. He was a member of Liberty 86 Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife of 49 years, Linda Lou (Boyd) Jones; and a niece, Miranda Jones. He is survived by three sons, Jason Lee Jones (and wife, Alyssa Anne) of Lowell, David Nelson Jones (and wife, Evelyn) of West Fork and Thomas Wayne Jones (and wife, Valarie) of Centerton; a brother, Gary Jones; a sister, Carola Courtney; and five grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Beard's Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, November 14, 2018 at Beard's Chapel with Pastor L. V. Vickery officiating. Interment with military honors will follow in West Fork Cemetery.
