Bio
Willie Faye Macon left this life on October 22, 2018 for eternal life in heaven at the age of 93. Willie was a long time resident of Lubbock. She grew up in East Texas and moved to Crosbyton when she married Quentin Macon. They later moved to Lubbock where Willie worked in a packing house and Payne's Jewelers. She loved visiting her family, traveling and quilting. She was a faithful member of Bethany Baptist Church until her health kept her from attending. Willie was preceded in death by her husband, Quentin and all of her siblings. She will be missed by her nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at Resthaven Funeral Home. A Chapel Service will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, October 26, 2018 in Resthaven's Abbey Chapel. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park.
