Leonard J. Phillips, 76, of Lincoln, NE, passed away September 30, 2018 in Lincoln. He was born on December 7, 1941 to Curley Arms & Alma Phillips in Friendship, OH. Leonard served in the Army and was stationed in Greenland, Alaska and Crete, NE. He married Merna Robertson on May 18, 1969 in Waverly, NE. He worked as a mechanical engineer. Leonard enjoyed watching historical documentaries and taking things apart to learn how they worked. He is survived by his Wife: Merna Phillips; Children: Christie Walbridge, Rick Phillips, Cindy Marshalek, Debbie Phillips, Lori (Jason) Hunter; Sisters: Priscilla (Joe) Phipps, Patty (Richard) Brown; 12 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his mother & father.
