Bio

She was the daughter of Oscar and Pearl Ora (Smith) Rose. She married Zadoc Frazier on Aug. 14, 1936, and later married Walter James on April 12, 1952. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, a son, Olen Ray Frazier; three brothers, Elmer Rose, Ralph Rose and Earnest Rose; and a sister, Audrey Juarez.
