Scott Griffin Mayben, 75, died Tuesday, March 1, in Borger. Cremation is under the direction of Minton/Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. There are no services scheduled at this time. Mr. Mayben was born on May 21, 1929, in Canyon. He had been a Borger resident for 20 years. He was in maintenance for the Department of the Interior. He served in the U.S. Army in Korea and was a Seventh Day Adventist. Survivors include his brother - Bill Mayben of Phoenix, Ariz., half-sister - Holly Mayben of Denver, Colo. and one granddaughter.
