Bryan Carr, 90, of Big Spring, died Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Memorial services will be 12 noon Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the Peace Chapel at Trinity Memorial Park. He was born November 4, 1927 in Dawson County, Texas and married Cozette Greenfield December 29, 1976 in Coahoma. Bryan lived most of his life in Big Spring. He retired from civil service in 1989 after working at Webb Air Force Base, Big Spring and Sheppard Air Force Base in Wichita Falls, Texas. He was a United States Army veteran and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Survivors include four step-daughters, Romona Greenfield Pierce and husband, R. Ford and Patsy Greenfield Wall all of San Antonio, Lovonda Greenfield Graham and husband, Jim of Fate, and Peggy Greenfield Rhea and husband, Don of Amarillo; a sister-in-law, Barbara Carr of Big Spring; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Cozette; his parents, B. F. and Lillie Carr; two sisters, Marie and Louise; three brothers, Dalton, Billy and Jackie Carr. In lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations be made to the American Cancer Society, % Vicki Stewart, 6 Coachmans Circle, Big Spring, Texas 79720. Arrangements for cremation are under the direction of Nalley-Pickle & Welch Funeral Home and Crematory with graveside rites and interment at Trinity Memorial Park.
