RUTH WHALEY OBITUARY Ruth Kleeb Whaley 1928 ~ 2012 Passed away peacefully on September 8, 2012. Born March 15, 1928 to Adolph and Selma Kleeb in Round Valley, Nebraska. On June 6, 1949 she married Stanley Whaley. They had three children: Bruce (Narma) Whaley, Paul (Cynthia) Whaley and Brenda Stowe. Ruth has eight grandchildren: Andrew Whaley, Bernard Whaley, Benjamin Whaley, Katrina Whaley, Alugal Whaley, Jennifer Elliott, Julie Stowe and Zachary Stowe; and six great-grandchildren. Ruth has one sister, Elaine Erickson, of Broken Bow, Nebraska. Preceding her in death were her two brothers and their wives and one brother-in-law. Ruth gave her heart to the Lord in her youth. Ruth was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Funeral services will be Tuesday September 12, 2012 at 11am at Wasatch Lawn Mortuary (3401 S. Highland Dr.). Viewings will be at the mortuary Monday night from 6-8pm and one hour prior to services Tuesday. Published by Deseret News on Sep. 9, 2012.
