Onie Earl Burrow of Red Oak, Texas was born April 4, 1936 to Ed and Rosie Pearl (Gressett) Burrow. He passed from this life on August 4, 2018. Onie is survived by wife Ray Ann (Mosley) Burrow; sons Ricky Burrow (Katona), Steve Burrow (Sherri), Dan Burrow (Carla), David Burrow (Karen); grandchildren Brandy Sain (TC), Dana Walker, Shane Burrow, Brian Holden (Sarah) Holly Cook (Branden), Heather Wynne (JC), Laurie Muirhead (Brad), Megan Vera (Luis), Hillaree Burrow, DJ Burrow and Sarah Burrow; Great Grandchildren Josh Sain, Jared Sain, Nicole Sain, James Walker, Jordan Walker, Shyanne Newman, Casen Cook, Hannah Cook, Cutter Burrow, Decker Burrow, KayLee Holden, Skylar Holden, Brooklyn Holden, Chlole Muirhead, and Isla Muirhead; sisters Jean Jones (Don), Mildred Wilson; brother Bob Burrow (Mary); Frankie Salamone (Cindy) Larry Sauls; extended family and numerous friends. He was preceded in death by parents; 9 siblings. Onie grew up in Lancaster, Texas and attended school there. He lived in Red Oak, Texas for 50 years. He drove for Owens Sausage for 20 years all across the US and saw many beautiful places but he always said there was no place like Red Oak (home) After retirement Onie worked at Metro Ford delivering trucks and made many friends there. He then worked for a short time as a night watchman for road construction. Family was his pride and joy. He loved big family gatherings and playing Wahoo with his family. Onie's favorite foods were banana pudding, chocolate pie, meatloaf. and of course biscuits and sausage with gravy. Onie was a very caring man who loved everyone and made friends easily. He also had a few very special friends over the years. His puppy dogs Ralph, Jack, Peanut, Radar, and Blackie. Byrum Funeral Home
