Bio

Harvey Eldo Burrow was born April 22, 1922 to Edgar and Rosie Pearl Gressett Burrow in Paris, Texas the 4th of 13 children. One of the children, Minnie Lee passed away as a baby. Harvey Eldo Burrow passed from this life April 6th, 2016 at the age of 93. He had been hospitalized Sunday afternoon April 3rd after falling and breaking his left hip. He was in the Baylor Scott/White hospital in Waxahachie. He is preceded in death by brothers; Earnest Burrow, Elmer Burrow, Glenn Burrow, and Wayne Burrow. And by sisters Jewell Parrish, Mamye Davis, and Bessie Lee. He is survived by sisters Mildred Wilson and Jean Jones and brothers Onie Burrow and Bob Burrow. Harvey came from a large and very close family. Just from his siblings there are 45 children. Harvey married Ruby Lee Watson on July 1st, 1945. Ruby passed away January 12, 2008. Harvey and Ruby had four children: James Edwin Burrow and wife Janis live in Plano, Texas; Sheryl Kay Burrow DeZengatita and husband John Dezengatita live in Montgomery, Texas. Lou Anne Norcross lives in Waxahachie, Texas and Terry Lee Burrow and his wife Judy live in Red Oak, Texas. There are 10 grandchildren: Jimmy Burrow and his wife Colby, Bryan Burrow and his wife Kayla, Shaun Burrow and his wife Emily, Stacey McDowell and her husband Jimmy, Justin McCarroll and his wife Dawn, Josh Wages and his wife Cheri, Scott Rose and fiancée Christina, Jeff Wages and his wife Michael, Brandy Culley and her husband Steven, and Steven Burrow.
