Needmore, Pa. -- EDNA FRANCIS KEEBAUGH, 88, died Saturday at the Fulton County Medical Center at McConnellsburg. She was born at Newport, Neb., the daughter of Charles O. and Anna Stolepart Keebaugh. She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Milton Keebaugh. She had been employed with Letterkenney Army Depot at Chambersburg and with Sagner's at McConnellsburg. She was a Protestant. She was a member of the Fulton County Democratic Women's Club. She is survived by 10 brothers and sisters, all living in the midwestern states. Services were held at the Howard L.
