Peggy Jean (Wester) LeNoir, 81, of Celina, Texas passed away May 29, 2015. Peggy was born in Weston, Tx on September 8, 1933 to Ben and Lavasa (Carey)Wester. She graduated from Alla Hubbard High School. She is survived by husband Richard G. LeNoir, daughter Cheryl Jean Foust-Jacoby, grandson Christopher John Foust and great grandsons Christian Jacob Foust and Connor William Foust, brothers Lynn Wester and Lloyd Wester and Sister Clara Norris.
