The Columbus Daily Telegram , October 4, 1924, p. 8, col. 5 Heart Trouble Fatal – Miss Clara Siemek, 18, daughter of Peter Siemek, died at St. Mary’s hospital at 1 a.m. today, a victim of heart trouble with which she had suffered for some time. She was in serious condition when taken to the hospital two weeks ago. The body was taken this afternoon to the family home on the old Hembd farm on Shell Creek.
