Son of John and Frances (Janky) Rehak of Butler County, Nebr. Married and divorced Frances "Fannie" Svoboda. According to a transcription of his death certificate he was a laborer, residence 19 S. Sangamon, died November 22, 1952 in Chicago, age 69 years, and was buried in Beverly Cemetery, Blue Island.
